Внеклассное мероприятие по английскому языку в 7 классе

КВН «Здоровье»

Цели:
1) развитие интереса учащихся к изучению английского языка;
2) развитие аудитивных и лексических навыков;
3) развитие умений и навыков устной речи;
4) воспитание культуры речи и вежливости;

Оборудование: презентация, оформление доски иллюстрациями.

В игре принимают участие 3 команды по 6-8 человек. Участники заранее придумывают названия своей команде (по теме). Для проверки и оценивания заданий выбирается жюри в составе 3-4 человек (учителя или старшеклассники). Победителем считается тот, кто набрал наибольшее количество баллов.

План подготовки к мероприятию:

1. Подбор материала.
2. Формирование команд–участниц.
3. Подбор членов жюри.
4. Выбор конкурсных заданий.
5. Оформление методического материала.

План проведения мероприятия:

1. Вступительное слово ведущего.
2. Представление жюри.
3. Представление команд.
4. Конкурсная программа.
5. Подведение итогов.

Состав жюри: 3 человека.

Состав команд: две команды по 6 человек.

Первый конкурс: “We Nice To Meet You”.

• Участники команд представляют свою команду. Ведущий представляет жюри.

Второй конкурс: разминка “The first wealth is health”(Emerson)

• Участники команд должны составить пословицы или поговорки из представленных частей.
• Максимальная оценка– – 5 баллов.
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Третий конкурс: “Be attentive”

• Команды получают тексты с пропущенными словами. Необходимо заполнить пропуски и прочитать текст.
• Максимальная оценка – 5 баллов (при оценивании необходимо учитывать не только правильность подобранных слов, но и правильность чтения).
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Четвертый конкурс: “We are doctors”

• Участники команд получают карточки с названиями симптомов заболеваний. Участникам необходимо дать рекомендации для лечения заболеваний.
• Максимальная оценка – 5 баллов.
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Пятый конкурс: “Story– tellers”

• Командам предлагаются кусочки рассказа, необходимо составить их в правильном порядке, чтобы получился связный рассказ.
• Максимальная оценка – 5 баллов.
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Шестой конкурс: “We can speak English”

• Капитаны команд получают конверт с диалоговой ситуацией и  должны  разыграть диалог на предложенную ситуацию.
• Максимальная оценка – 5 баллов (оцениваются: соответствие теме, знание этикета, грамматики и актерское мастерство).
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Седьмой конкурс: “Mixture”

Участники команд получают список слов по нескольким темам, необходимо выделить две группы слов на предложенные темы:

1. «Симптомы»;
2. «Действия».

• Максимальная оценка – 3 балла.
• Кол– во минут на выполнение – 5.

Ход мероприятия:

Ведущий: Attention, please. If you want to take part in an exciting competition, show us your talents, be ready! Be ready to show all your knowledge of English. Today have three competing teams of the 7^th forms.  Think of the names of your teams, choose captains. Captains, be responsible and try to do everything for your teams to get the most points.
There will be several tasks for you in different categories. Be very attentive and try to do your best. I wish you success.

Today we are going to speak about your health, so the topic of our competition is “Health is the greatest wealth”.

Первый конкурс: “Nice to meet you”.

1. Please, think of the names of your teams and introduce them.
2. And I would like to introduce our jury. It consists of the teachers of English:

And the first task for the teams is to match the halves of the proverbs or sayings about health.

Задание командам:

I’m running a temperature.

Задание первой команде:

1. He examined Nick’s tongue and throat, listened to the heart and lungs. The doctor diagnosed a bad cold.
2. When he came home, his mother took his temperature. It was high.
3. They called in a doctor over the telephone. The doctor came in an hour.
4. Nick had to stay in bed, take medicines three times a day and drink hot tea with lemon.
5. Once Nick didn’t feel well. He shivered and sneezed, and had a cough and headache.

Задание второй команде:

1. By the end of the week she felt and looked much better. Soon she left the hospital and went to a sanatorium.
2. Kate fell ill with the flu. She coughed, had a bad headache, fever and pain in the limbs.
3. The doctor at the hospital diagnosed pneumonia as a complication after the flu.
4. On the seventh day the doctor sent her to the hospital.
5. He prescribed some medicine which Kate took during a week.

1. You have caught a cold. You feel very bad and go to the doctor. Ask him/her to help you.

2. You are a doctor. Ask about the patient’s condition and give your recommendations.

Седьмой конкурс: “Mixture”

Задание командам: 1. Симптомы. 2. Действия.

A blocked nose, write a prescription, do an X-ray, a sore throat, earache, pull out a tooth, a high temperature, feel someone’s pulse, a runny nose, give an injection,  backache, listen to someone’s lungs, sneezing, a cough, do a blood test, prescribe a medicine,  take one’s temperature, earache, consult a doctor
